We have a 2013 Traymatic for sale.
This is the venerable Formatic machine mounted over a moving bed so it can deposit to a moving tray in rows and columns.

Traymatic machines were originally designed for the baking industry - auto-traying of cookies and such.
However, this particular machine was custom constructed to be IP65 hoseable for savoury products and has all its life been forming vegeburgers to oven trays.
The Traymatic in its set-up routine can be programmed to use any size tray - so you do not have to buy all new trays to use it.
You can program in how many rows and columns you wish and the spaces between products - subject to them fitting to the selected tray size.
The Traymatic can store up to 100 product programs.
Traymatics do tend to work accurately with large products with a bit of weight to them, and will become less accurate in tray placement the smaller the product becomes and some rearranging may be necessary before baking or freezing. So please advise us of your products and ask for our advice.
